Jeff Hedges is a partner at North Palisade Partners and brings more than 15 years of senior financial leadership and commercial real estate expertise to his role.
Jeff joined North Palisade Partners after previously serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer at PS Business Parks, a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on owning and operating nearly 30 million rentable square feet of primarily industrial and industrial-flex properties. Prior to joining PS Business Parks, Jeff served as senior vice president of Accounting and Reporting for Invitation Homes (formerly known as Starwood Waypoint Homes), which is also an REIT focused on owning and renting single-family residential real estate in several markets throughout the United States.
Jeff started his career at Ernst & Young where he held various titles including senior manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practices where he advised private equity, sovereign wealth, and corporate clients on asset and entity-level mergers and acquisitions until his departure in 2015.
Jeff is a certified public accountant in the State of California (inactive) and is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University (B.S., Finance), and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA). Jeff currently serves on the Finance Advisory Board of the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, and resides with his wife and three children in Los Angeles, California.
