North Palisade Partners is actively in the market for development opportunities including entitled or unentitled land that is suitable for industrial warehouse, industrial outdoor storage or self-storage development, or value-add industrial buildings, including covered land, environmentally challenged sites, and low coverage warehouse properties.
We focus on development opportunities that are two acres or larger and/or $5M or greater per transaction.
Our portfolio includes properties all across the Southern California area along with some in select markets such as the Bay Area, Reno, Las Vegas, and Seattle.
