North Palisade Partners specializes in the acquisition, entitlement, and ground-up development of industrial warehouses and industrial outdoor storage in select Western United States markets. Together with our financial and industry partners, we also focus on identifying and targeting off-market, value-add opportunities.
North Palisade Partners is actively in the market for development opportunities including entitled or unentitled land that is suitable for industrial warehouse and industrial outdoor storage. North Palisade is also working to identify unique opportunities that include value-add industrial buildings, sites with environmental or entitlement challenges, and low-coverage warehouse properties.
We focus on development opportunities that are one acre or larger and/or $3M or greater per transaction.
We target high-growth markets where we have a number of strategies to address opportunities in select Western United States markets: Southern California, San Francisco Bay Area, and Reno.
