Pete Williams is vice president of investments at North Palisade Partners. In his role, Pete is responsible for the sourcing and oversight of industrial development projects in the western region. Over his career, Pete has been involved in the acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, and development of more than $1B of commercial real estate projects across asset classes.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Pete was an investments director at American Realty Advisors, where he focused on sourcing acquisitions, developments, and structured finance investment opportunities for their various funds across the midwest and southeastern United States.
Pete is a graduate of the University of Southern California and resides in Los Angeles, California.
