Cole Henriksen is an Assistant Vice President of Investments at North Palisade Partners, where he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing industrial, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and self-storage investments across Western U.S. markets. His responsibilities span the full investment lifecycle, including financial modeling, investment committee analysis, capital markets coordination, and transaction execution.
Cole joined North Palisade early in the firm’s growth and has been involved in the buildout of the investment platform, supporting the acquisition and development of a diversified portfolio of industrial, IOS, and self-storage assets. He works closely with internal teams and external partners throughout the underwriting, diligence, financing, and closing processes.
Cole is active in the commercial real estate community through NAIOP SoCal, where he serves on various committees and is an alumnus of the NAIOP SoCal Young Professionals Group.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Outside of work, Cole enjoys golf, live music and theatre, and film photography.
