Stuart Hutchison is the vice president of asset management at North Palisade Partners and has over 30 years of experience managing top real estate portfolios for multi-billion-dollar firms.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Stuart Hutchison was a Divisional Vice President at PS Business Parks (PSB), an NYSE-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on owning and operating nearly 30 million rentable square feet of primarily industrial and industrial-flex properties. During his time at PSB, he was responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of a five-million-square-foot commercial/industrial portfolio including leasing, asset management, and property management for 20 business parks in Southern California and the greater Seattle area.
Stuart was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He currently resides in South Orange County, California.
