Cole Henriksen joined North Palisade Partners as an Associate in January 2020. In his role, Henriksen is responsible for sourcing and underwriting prospective deals, producing equity and debt investment packages, managing investor relations, and overseeing acquisition, disposition, and financing escrow closings, while maintaining vast levels of experience in both asset and property management.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Henriksen worked at Westport Properties, where he managed the negotiation and execution of commercial lease agreements for the company’s 500,000 SF nationwide commercial portfolio, achieving a 34% year-over-year increase in lease revenue during his tenure, while simultaneously working closely with the development team to secure entitlements for ground-up self-storage product across the Southern California market. Henriksen is actively involved in the real estate community, serving on various committees for NAIOP SoCal. He is also an alumni of the NAIOP SoCal Young Professionals Group of 2022/2023.
Henriksen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and currently resides in Santa Monica, CA. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he has a diverse set of personal interests, including golf, live music, vinyl records, film photography, and spicy food.
