Sona Mermerian is the Accounting Manager at North Palisade Partners and brings over 25 years of real estate accounting experience to the team. Her expertise spans fixed asset accounting, construction management, and full-cycle accounts payable, making her a key player in NPP’s financial operations.
Before joining North Palisade Partners, Sona served as Fixed Asset Manager at Public Storage Inc. (NYSE: PSA), where she oversaw the company’s multi-billion-dollar asset portfolio and helped lead the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Prior to that, she held a dual role as Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Manager at PS Business Parks, a publicly traded REIT. As an integral part of financial operations, she emphasized accuracy, internal controls, and public company reporting standards.
Sona lives in Granada Hills, California, with her husband and son. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
