Whether you are a private owner/operator with a single facility or a large institution looking to sell a portfolio, we offer a streamlined process with certainty of close.

Acquisition Criteria

We target primary and secondary markets across the United States with a focus on the following:

  • Three-mile population of 30,000 or greater, preferably over 50,000
  • Limited development pipeline within the trade area
  • Core-Plus and Value-Add opportunities include, but are not limited to, “CO” (Certificate of Occupancy) stores, stores still in initial lease-up, stores with operational upside, and stores that could benefit from renovation and/or expansion.
  • All vintages and classes of property, including drive-up and multi-story, climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled.

We target land for self-storage developments within in-fill locations across primary markets with high barriers-to-entry. Our team will review opportunities with any of the following criteria below:

  • 1+ Acre land site
