North Palisade Partners specializes in the acquisition, entitlement, and ground-up development of industrial warehouses, industrial outdoor storage, and self-storage properties in Southern California and select western markets. Together with our financial and industry partners, we also focus on identifying and targeting off-market, value-add opportunities.
North Palisade Partners is actively in the market for development opportunities including entitled or unentitled land that is suitable for industrial warehouse, industrial outdoor storage or self-storage development. North Palisade is also working to identify unique opportunities that include value-add industrial buildings, sites with environmental or entitlement challenges, and low-coverage warehouse properties.
We focus on development opportunities that are one acre or larger and/or $3M or greater per transaction.
We target high-growth markets where we have a number of strategies to address opportunities in select western markets including: the San Francisco Bay Area, Reno, Las Vegas, and Seattle.
