Peter is an accomplished real estate executive with over 30 years of leadership and strategic planning experience. He is Chairman of Deutsche EuroShop in Germany and a board member of ALLOS in Brazil. He also serves on the boards and advisory councils of several prominent private organizations in the US and the UK. A former Global Chair and 8-year Board member of the Urban Land Institute, Peter has deep expertise in governance and holds the ICD.D Director designation.
Peter was previously Global Head of Real Estate at CPP Investments, overseeing a $50B portfolio across 20+ countries and leading a 75-person team in 7 countries. He chaired CPP’s Real Estate Investment Committee and served on its Real Assets and Legal & Risk Committees. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Canderel, Brookfield, and TrizecHahn, and has worked in Canada, the US, Europe, and Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s from McGill University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
