Multi-tenant light industrial business parks generally ranging between 100,000-250,000 square feet and consisting of multiple buildings.

Tenant spaces can range from 2,500-40,000+ square feet. Properties should be comprised of no more than 25% office space, with the balance being warehouse space (and, in some cases, R&D and/or manufacturing space)
