Brian Wong is the senior vice president of development at North Palisade Partners. In this role, Brian brings vast experience that includes acquisitions, entitlements, and development of more than $500 million residential and commercial developments, including approximately 500,000 SF of self-storage products and more than 1,000 homes.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Brian was a senior development manager with Johnson Development Associates, where he focused on the development of self-storage facilities throughout Southern California. Brian was also a director of development for Comstock Homes, a Southern California homebuilder where he focused on acquisitions, entitlement, and construction of residential subdivisions.
Outside of real estate, Brian held senior-level roles in management consulting. At North Highland, a global management consulting firm, Brian served as the Los Angeles market lead with overall P&L responsibility. Brian began his consulting career with Accenture, where he was a senior manager in the firm’s Strategy Practice.
Brian holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a B.A. in Business Administration, both from the University of Southern California. Brian is a licensed broker and general contractor in the State of California.
Brian lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and his two young sons.
