Sebastian Domeyko is the Vice President of Asset Management at North Palisade Partners, where he works across the firm’s strategies to support the company’s organic growth and enhance the performance of the existing portfolio.
Sebastian brings more than six years of real estate investment and asset management experience spanning the United States and Latin America. Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, he served as a portfolio manager and investment analyst for prominent family offices in Chile, where he sourced, structured, and managed real estate and private equity investments across the U.S., Chile, and Peru. He began his career on the real estate investment team at Falabella, one of Latin America’s leading retail and financial services groups.
Sebastian earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he completed a summer associate program with Trammell Crow Company, focusing on industrial development and acquisitions across Southern California and frontier markets. At Anderson, he was recognized as a member of the MBA Honor Society. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universidad de Chile, where he graduated with distinction.
Originally from Chile, Sebastian resides in Southern California with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and surfing.
