Steve Blue is Managing Director at North Palisade Partners, where he oversees all investment and asset management activities related to the company’s multi-tenant light industrial strategy.
Prior to joining NPP in 2026, Steve was Managing Director at Swift Real Estate Partners, where he initiated and led the company’s growth in Southern California, focusing on value-add office and industrial assets. During his 10-year tenure at Swift, Steve was responsible for acquiring and managing over 3.5 million square feet of real estate, which was valued at over $1B. He was also a member of Swift’s executive management team, serving on both the Investment Committee and the Operating Committee.
Prior to his role at Swift, Steve was a Partner at Davenport Partners, where he was involved in numerous value-add acquisitions of office properties with both institutional and high-net-worth capital partners. Steve has also held senior roles at both Buchanan Street Partners and Spieker Properties.
Steve is a graduate of Stanford University and received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
