William leads development activities for ground-up industrial and industrial outdoor storage projects in Southern and Northern California. He is involved in various aspects of the development lifecycle, including conducting due diligence, performing zoning and land use analyses, financial forecasting, securing project entitlements and permits, construction management, and overseeing the comprehensive insurance strategy across the firm’s portfolio.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, William made significant contributions to the development and construction of over 250,000 square feet of industrial space, 70,000 square feet of government office space, eight acres of outdoor vehicular yards, 100 hospitality units, and 500 residential units, with a total project valuation exceeding $500 million.
William began his career with a general contractor, focusing on design-build project delivery for municipal infrastructure projects. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California. William is also a licensed real estate broker and resides in the Glendale area with his wife and daughter.
