Investment Criteria

Product

North Palisade Partners is actively in the market for the acquisition of existing self-storage facilities and self-storage development opportunities including entitled or unentitled land.

Size

Acquisitions are typically 50,000 rentable square feet and larger with a minimum deal size of $9 million. We focus on development opportunities that are one acre or larger with the ability to construct a facility of 70,000 rentable square feet or larger.

Our acquisitions are focused on primary and secondary markets across the United States. Developments are targeted within in-fill locations in primary markets with a current emphasis on select western markets including Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area.
